FDA Issues Warning Letters to Five Different Food Importers for Noncompliance to FSVP Rule

FDA issued Warning Letter to five different importers for not being incompliance with the FSVP rule that requires that companies develop FSVP for each product they import.

Allure Foods LLC of Brooklyn, NY did not develop an FSVP for cashews imported from foreign supplier (b)(4) located in (b)(4); and roasted/salted fava beans and Natural wasabi peas imported from the foreign supplier
